How inquiry information is handled
Information you provide
Contact and booking forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, inquiry, and any company or scheduling details you provide. If you use the ROI calculator, its estimates are included to help Dani understand your request. These details are used to respond and prepare for a business conversation.
Please do not include passwords, government identification numbers, health information, payment details, or other sensitive personal information.
Professional research and automated analysis
When enabled, this site may use public professional and company sources to better understand the business context of an inquiry. Research can include company websites, professional profiles, business registries, and relevant publications. Search and AI services may process the limited information needed for that research. Findings are recorded with sources and confidence; automated interpretations can be incomplete or incorrect.
Configured web discovery may use Tavily with a name and business context such as a company name or public website domain. Search queries exclude your email address, phone number and inquiry message. Selected original public pages are checked before information is reported as a fact. Search candidates alone do not establish a person's identity; unavailable or restricted sources are not bypassed.
This research is for preparing a response, not for deciding eligibility, credit, employment, or other consequential personal matters. It does not involve private accounts or sensitive personal profiling.
Storage and access
Inquiries are stored in the site's private database and are available to authorized site operators. When configured, an internal summary may be delivered to Dani by email or a private assistant integration. Those delivery and analysis providers may process information under their own terms. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Operational records support reliable delivery and prevent repeated or abusive submissions. Research records and inquiries can be deleted through an operator process. Backups and copies already delivered through another provider require separate handling.
Access, correction, or deletion
To request a copy, correct a detail, ask about retention, or request deletion, contact Dani through the inquiry form and identify the email used for your original request. Dani may need to verify the request before changing or sharing records. You can also ask that your inquiry be handled without additional professional research.
Contact Dani about your informationThe optional AI assistant
The assistant is an AI representative, not Dani himself. A voice conversation starts only after you choose to start it and allow microphone access. During the call, audio streams through the site server to Google for a live spoken response. The server detects speech and pauses; you do not need to press Send for each turn and can interrupt an answer by speaking. You can mute the microphone or end the call at any time. The microphone stops when the conversation closes or the page is hidden. A text option and the contact form are also available.
The conversation and signed copies of accepted replies are held in your browser's memory until you leave or refresh the page. The assistant does not save your raw audio or conversation in the site database. Operational records contain usage totals and hashed identifiers for spending limits and abuse prevention. Google processes submitted content under its own terms; this statement does not describe Google's retention practices.
At the end, you may explicitly choose to email a recap to an address you enter. It contains guidance and practical steps from the assistant's replies, and is sent only after you confirm. This does not subscribe the address to a mailing list. The email is processed through Gmail and may remain in the sender's and recipient's mailboxes. The site retains hashed delivery identifiers to prevent repeated sends; delivered email copies require separate handling for access or deletion requests.
