I operate at the intersection of business and engineering — the person who translates messy operational reality into systems that scale. As a business analyst and technology project manager, I've led digital transformation initiatives end to end: from stakeholder discovery and process mapping, through system architecture and vendor selection, to delivery, adoption, and measurable ROI.
In the last few years my focus has sharpened on AI and data automation. I design pipelines where language models, structured data, and workflow engines work together — intake systems that triage themselves, reports that write themselves, and operations that surface exceptions instead of demanding attention.
My rule for every engagement is simple: if a process runs on someone's memory, a spreadsheet, and hope — it can be turned into a system. And once it's a system, it can be measured, automated, and improved.
